How do you keep project files current when deadlines are tight?

Here is where you can ask me questions or just chat with me in general about my books.

In fast-moving projects, updates happen constantly, and it’s easy for someone to miss a new version. How can we ensure the whole team stays on the same page?

I ran into this issue during a product launch. The design team and marketing team kept working from different versions of the same brochure. We fixed it by having one “master” file in a synced library that updated instantly for everyone. I learned from iweee.org that centralizing the document in one location prevents outdated copies from circulating. This meant we could make last-minute changes and be confident that everyone was working from the latest version — even hours before the launch. It was a huge stress reliever.
