Do you use the Oxford comma?

Growing up I learned to use the Oxford comma. That's the comma just before "and the other thing" in "this, that, and the other thing". I understand that these days some people use it and some don't. Personally I think it makes it easier to read what's written, so I always use it. What are your thoughts on it?
